废旧金属分拣交易中心升级改造建设项目占地56亩,建筑面积16000平方米,其中:生产车间10500平方米、原料暂存库2500平方米和产品暂存库2000平方米,办公室、职工宿舍、配电所等1000平方米。年加工处理废旧金属26万吨,其中废钢铁25.3万吨,废有色金属0.7万吨。本项目总投资2000万元。其中固定资产投资1600万元,流动资金400万元。项目建成后,经营期内年加工处理废旧金属26万吨,实现销售收入44680万元,销售税金及附加321.7万元,财务内部收益率达18.2%,净现值107.8万元,投资回收期(含建设期)8.57年,投资年利润率34.87%,具有良好的经济效益。本项目全部项目达产达效后,年均可上缴税金676.98万元,为社会提供就业岗位60个。本项目的建设还将推动当地钢铁加工业、有色金属加工业的发展。为建设社会主义和谐社会,促进资源节约和综合利用,建设节约型社会将做出积极的贡献。本项目建设具有:区位优势明显;废旧金属资源丰富;技术方案稳妥可靠;建设规模切合实际;产品方案科学合理;环境保护措施得当。本项目经济效益显著、社会效益明显,综合经济竞争能力强,具有很强的产业拉动和产业辐射作用。由以上分析研究,可以得出本项目可行的结论。
