某酒精厂废水处理扩建工程可行性研究报告
某酒精厂废水处理扩建工程属于在原有企业基础上的进一步扩建完善,其技术改造,建设规模,必须要与企业现有生产规模相对应,废水的处理能力与酒精生产相配套,使之物尽其用,充分发挥效益。按年产5万吨酒精(含2万吨无水乙醇)计算,年污水排放量可达48万吨。厂区总占地43亩,东西长236m,南北长128m。本项目总投资为1014万元,原有废水处理设施项目总投资1450万元,废水处理工程项目投资总计2464万元。××县××××公司作为淮河流域一个重要企业,排放废水对污水处理站造成了一定的压力,加大了污水处理站达标排放的难度。为了减轻公司废水排放对其影响,本着源头治理、综合回收利用,不断减少污染物排放,按照源头治理与末端处理相结合的原则,采用成熟的高新处理技术对企业现有废水各项技术指标达到并由于接管要求。该项目的实施必将产生一定的经济效益,显著的社会效益、环境效益。本工程项目均在××县××××公司厂区内进行建设,不需要新征土地。本工程建设总投资1014万元人民币,原有项目投资1450万元人民币。申请环保专项资金2400万元,其余自筹解决。项目实施计划力争在8个月的时间,即2009年12月底建成运行。工程建成后将产生明显的环境效益和社会经济效益,为社会经济、××县××××公司的可持续发展提供了可靠保证。总之,本工程的建设是十分必要的切实可行的。
